Hey travelers !
First things first, welcome to New York City. My name is Farah, I'm 21 years old & I'm someones cool ass nanny when i'm not being a citypal. I'm a photographer, writer & a DJ on the low. My New York is different. Some days you can catch me at the High Line getting a nice sun tan, catching a free movie at Brooklyn Bridge par, hitting up the dive bar, or partying on a boat with Yung Joc then casually having dinner with him & my friends afterwards. ( yes, that really did happen.)
I practically live in the East & West Village, there's always something happening whether it's a good old $3 dollar happy hour or even a free comedy show ( with upcoming comedians). You can't forget Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Smorgasburg in Williamsburg is a seasonal foodie market with over 75+ vendors ONLY on Saturdays. I'm a foodie at heart, so let's go!
Overall, we can party, see the city, meet new people & do new things.
P.s those photos we're all taken by me.
Farah has a bubbly and very friendly personality and the tour with her was time well spent. She was very kind and offered me tickets that she had to the 9/11 museum ($24 saved). As a former employee of the museum, she guided me through it with her own unique and personal stories about the artifacts presented there. We spent time walking the High Line Park on a beautiful New York day and had a great brunch at Bubby's in Tribeca. Her knowledge of the city, the subway system, the 9/11 museum, made it possible to see and experience a lot more than if I had done all of this on my own. Besides that, Farah has a good sense of humor and she is fun to talk to and travel with.3 years ago
