Coming to Hungary?
Strange place, I must say, with a strange language and even stranger people. A place where I'd typically recommend a friend or a guide to take you around.
Why, you might ask, and my answer would be a true story: Last week I met a Saudi couple. They came to BP and before they met me this is how their day looked like: arrival by car from Vienna (50$), booking a hotel for 3 nights (1000$), upgrading the room (100$), having lunch and dinner (200$). We met that night and decided to spend the next day together: Heroes Square Tour (0$), Kunsthalle (18$), Széchenyi Spa (40$), Aquincum Roman Ruins (15$), a great local lunch with wine (50$).
Now, You do the Math!
If you want to avoid tourist traps AND have as many authentic experiences in Hungary as possible, it would be my pleasure to let you do just that!
Will you go on your own or will you accept my help?
It's up to you! :)
Send me a message about your questions, I'll answer all of them!
Great walking tour with Marcel. So nice, relaxed and informative. We were not in a hurry but managed to see all main interests in inner city. Thank you! Hope to see you Marcell in Helsinki!
We spent today with Marcell and it was awesome. We have just two full days here and he helped us make the most of our first. He is well informed, super smart, and funny too. Thanks for giving us the inside scoop Marcell!
Excellent, knowledgable and informative. strongly recommended.
Marcell was a wonderful guide. Gave us lots of information, and was flexible with the pace as we had 5year olds and a 72yo with us. His English was excellent and even showed us a locals restaurant
