I’m Ahmad from a local village called Ezhieh, near Esfahan Province, Iran. About my passion as a tour guide? It all started when I decided to return to my village and start a business that allowed people from around the world to see my country through different eyes.I am 37 years old and studied International Relations, which took me to India for 5 years. After my studies , I decided to give tourists an authentic experience of life in a small village, away from the city. For me, it’s important to show tourists the culture of how Iranians live amongst nature. I live in a large historic Iranian house with a garden, it’s tranquil and homely and there is room for guests.
In contrast to the big cities of Iran, the weather here is mild and fresh, with a beautiful view of the night sky full of stars. In the area surrounding the village is the Varzaneh Desert, the ancient Qotran Castle, an antique Fire Temple, and much more. For me, introducing people from all over the world to this way of living is what motivates me.
I love meeting others and learning about their cultures, while sharing my own. Not only this, but bringing tourists to my village also helps the local economy. It’s my desire that all guests feel safe and comfortable in this unique opportunity to see another side of Iran. Please, join me.
